Art by Me is the fall fundraiser for the Exploris PTO. http://www.artbyme.com
We will update this page as soon as the Fall 2019 schedule is determined.
For reference, the 2019 timeline of this fundraiser was:
- October 25, 2018 – Completed artwork is sent to Art by Me
- November 1-5th, 2018 – Parent Packs will be sent to Exploris Elementary and Exploris Middle School to go home with the students. (original artwork will be returned at this time) The Parent Packs will include:
- Postcards printed of your students artwork,
- a product list
- an order form where you can chose to order the items you would like after seeing your child’s artwork. ( prices range from $4.00 – $70.00 on items to purchase)
- November 16, 2018 – Parents return the orders to Exploris. (Online ordering closes at the end of the day on the set due date.)
- November 19, 2018 – Completed orders sent to Art by Me
- December 10, 2018 – Art by Me delivers completed orders to Exploris Elementary and Exploris Middle school (Late orders can be placed after due date online or at school but are Not guaranteed for Holiday delivery.)
The original artwork will be returned as well at that time and the items you ordered arriving in December (December 10th, 2018) in time for the holidays.
