The 2021-22 Budget was presented on August 15 for discussion and was approved at our general membership meeting on August 18, 2021.

During the 2020-21 School Year, the PTO budget and financial organization was reorganized and we are working more closely with the Exploris Foundation. During the pandemic with school being closed we had to cancel nearly all of our regular events and programs, so the budget was unusual. It was approved in January 2021
Exploris PTO Budget 2019-20 (approved August 12, 2019)
For several years, the PTO funds were provided by the school annual fund, but that budget model has changed and for two years the PTO raised all money through separate fundraising efforts. 2018-19 was our first year of having a fall fundraiser, “Art by Me”, and a spring Silent Auction. We repeated the Silent Auction during spring 2020.
