Twice a year, your school will receive a check and can use that cash to buy whatever it needs!

You can still clip them and send them to school. Physical Box Top clips are being phased out of production, but may continue to be found on many products throughout the store. Send your clipped Box Tops, along with any unexpired clips you may have at home, to your child’s crew teacher.

HOW IT WORKS (PAPER BOX TOPS LABELS)
Send in your Box Tops any time with your student. You don’t have to wait for the contest to be announced. They will still count. Just put them in a plastic baggie and label the bag with his or her grade level. There are Box Top boxes in each classroom. Your student’s teacher can point them out to your kid if they don’t already know about them. Grades compete for a prize, usually an ice cream party or something similar. There are also prizes for the student who brings in the most Box Tops. When contest time rolls around, we will post an announcement to the Monday Minute, so be sure to sign up to follow the PTO blog so you can receive updates automatically. We will also post the contest winners.
Do I have to trim Box Tops?
No, but it is helpful to have as little cardboard as possible attached due to weight. We have to pay for postage when we mail in the thousands of Box Tops we collect each year.
What if I don’t eat any of the food or use any of the products that have Box Tops?
There are still ways you can help. Try one or more of the following:
Ask grandparents, aunts, friends, etc. if they would collect Box Tops for you.
Sometimes you can get a surprising amount that way.
On the Box Tops web site, see what’s being offered to earn extra money for our school.
There are bonus opportunities & special offers through the app, sweepstakes to enter, and in- store offers.
