- Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:15 to 4:15.
- Kids MUST be picked up by 4:30.
- Pick-up is in the Ugly Monkey parking lot. Please follow carpool procedures (pull up as far as possible, circle the block if your child is not ready).
- There is a $10 registration fee per child. This includes uniform rental.
- There is a Parent Meeting thisThursday, August 15, at4:30.
- Volunteer Sign Ups are need. This link is also found on the PTO website.
- All forms are due by August 29.
- The Exploris Google calendar is kept up-to-date with practice days and times and meet times and locations. If you haven’t or don’t want to add the EMS Google calendar, you can always check the Calendar page on http://www.explorispto.org.

- Read the 2013 Cross Country Letter
- Fill out the Athletic Participation Form
- Fill out the Uniform Size Form. This needs to be done at school so you can try the uniforms on your kid. See Meredith.
- Fill out and return the Physical Form.
