The annual Exploris Frolic is less than TWO WEEKS AWAY! Please purchase your tickets and sign up to volunteer! We need your help to make this event a big success.
What is the Frolic?
The Frolic is Exploris Middle School’s signature gala event and fundraiser. Proceeds raised at the Frolic support programs and activities that enrich your students’ educational experience. The event includes dinner, a student dance with a DJ, a silent auction, raffles and kids’ activities.
Please bid generously at the silent auction to maximize funding for Exploris student programming!
Who is Invited?
The Frolic is a family event for students, parents, siblings, grandparents, alumni, newly admitted students, and any community members who want to support the school.
How do I purchase tickets?
Each student received an invitation at school. If you need another invitation, please contact the Frolic Committee Chairperson at email@example.com.
How do I fill out the RSVP card?
Each adult admission ticket (dinner) is $25 when purchased in advance. Each youth admission ticket (dinner) is $10 when purchased in advance. Adult tickets for beer, wine, and the 50/50 raffle are $5 per ticket. The adult tickets are interchangeable, so you can use them for drinks or the raffle. Youth activity tickets are $2 each and are also interchangeable, meaning they can be used for the cake walk, the photo booth, or the kids’ raffle. All tickets (prepaid and on-site purchases) will be distributed at the reception desk on the evening of the event.
How Can I Help?
Please be generous when bidding on silent auction items, as all of the funds raised go toward important student programs and activities.
Please volunteer prior to and during the event! Go to the Sign Up Genius link to volunteer for a half-hour time slot.
