News from the Elementary School Movement Program

The elementary school grounds are looking good. I’d like to thank the families and teachers who braved the elements and the poison ivy.  We uncovered trees that have been choked with ivy for years and we created a safer environment for our children.

Also, I wish to thank the family who made 20 hula hoops for our movement program. We will put those hoops to good use.

Finally, if there are any families that have gently used playground equipment that you could donate to our school, please contact Lisa Ferrando at lferrando@exploris.org. We would love: soccer goals, badminton/volleyball nets, badminton rackets, shuttlecocks, balls, frisbees, or anything else you wish to donate.
