The Planning Committee has a lot of really fun activities lined up for Exploris Family Day at CAM from 4:00 – 6:30 pm on Sunday, April 19. But, we need you to volunteer to help put it together!

This is the big fundraiser for the PTO, so please sign up to help if you can, and please plan on attending and bidding generously on our Silent Auction items. Your invitation to the event will be going out this week via Evite with all of the details.

I’ve broken responsibilities up into small chunks, so if we can get volunteers for all the slots, no one will have too much to do. I will post a signup for volunteer slots to actually work at Family Day next week. This signup is for volunteers to take charge of a job, purchase what is needed, and help sort out how it will work. We already have most of the planning done, we just need people to do it.
