What: Special Railhawks Soccer Clinic

When: Sunday, June 7 from 10:00am -12:00pm

Who: There will be slots for 30 kids and adults ages 10 and up

How much: Bidding for each slot will begin at $40

One of our Exploris parents is the coach of the Railhawks. As part of the Exploris Silent Auction being held this Sunday, May 17 at Family Day, he has arranged for a special 2 hour soccer clinic taught by members of the Railhawks! This is a tremendous opportunity for any soccer player.

We will start bidding via this signupgenius. If you want to place a bid, pick a slot, enter your name and then enter your bid in the comment. If all slots are taken, simply pick a slot to sign up for and then enter a higher bid than the one currently shown for that slot.

At the Silent Auction, we will not have a bid sheet for the Soccer Clinic slots. Instead, online bidding via this signupgenius will continue until 3:30 pm, Sunday, May 17. The high bids that meet the $40 minimum will be awarded to whomever has the top bid for each slot at the time that the signupgenius is taken offline (in case there is a technical problem and we can’t get the signupgenius taken down at exactly 3:30.) If you are attending Family Day and don’t have a phone you can bid on, please check in at the Donations tables and we will arrange access to a computer for you to bid on. Parents who can’t attend Family Day can still continue to bid remotely. This approach to bidding is something new we are trying because we know some parents can’t make it to this Silent Auction this weekend but would like to have an opportunity to donate to the Exploris PTO and secure a slot for their child.

NOTE: If you win your slot, you need to pay for your slot before leaving Family Day. If you win and aren’t at Family Day, you need to make arrangements to pay with Gwenn Clarke by Monday, May 18 at 5pm or we will give your slot to the next highest bidder.
