Wow…can you believe we only have 3 weeks until school starts again?!? We need a lot of help to get the year off to a great start.  Please look through this post and all the signup geniuses.

Volunteer for the committees listed by emailing me at brooke_davidson@yahoo.com.  We really need your help to make these events successful! We have notes, signups, and lists from last year so sign up even if you didn’t help out before!

August 8th: Grounds & Building Day! Help teachers setting up their classrooms AND help with the grounds at both Middle and Elementary. (use included links to signup!)

August 10th: Back to work Breakfast for all teachers and staff held at Middle School. Sign up here.

August 13th: Back to School Meet the Teacher volunteers needed – parents and students at both Middle and Elementary! Sign up here.

August 17th: Need a Chair to coordinate a simple Tissues and Tears event for Kindergarten Parents.

The PTO needs volunteers for the following committees or as chairs.  These events can not happen without your help!

Tissues and Tears Chair – Meet and greet with coffee for Kindergarten parents.  Also organize older kids (5th graders?) who will walk the Ks to their class on the first day of school.

Adult Social Chair – POSITION FILLED! Thanks to Kristi Pettibone for volunteering!

Grade Social Chairs – Open positions for ALL grade levels except K/1.  Please step up and help to plan a few fun things for your kid’s crew.

Spring Family Day MS Chair – Tentative Date is May 22nd.  Already have 1 chair from elementary.  Need 1 more (preferably Middle School) parent to volunteer and make sure events are geared towards all age levels!
