Our Meet the Teacher event is this  Thursday and we need help greeting new and returning families, selling spirit wear, and answering questions about carpooling, lunches, etc…

Here are the number of volunteers we have for each of our 3 “shifts” at each campus.

12 – 1pm:  have 3 volunteers at each campus

4-5:30pm: have 3 volunteers at elementary and 1 volunteer at middle school

5:30-7pm: have 2 volunteers at the elementary and 2 at the middle school

Can you please pitch in?  I think we can survive with 4 volunteers at each site per shift. (Don’t worry about what spot you take on the Signup Genius below – we will all be helping one another out.)

One oversight – I need kids to work the club tables at the middle school.  They don’t need to know everything, but be friendly and answer questions about their experience.  Please let me know if your child (have them bring a friend to make it more fun!) can help and which of the shifts they will be there for. If we don’t get the volunteers requested, please be patient with us if you are trying to buy spirit wear, ask questions, etc…  It might take a little longer and it’s going to be a long day for us!
