1. PTO Silent Auction –  Bid now through Saturday, May 4

The Exploris PTO Silent Auction and Raffle is in full swing!  We have over 130 fantastic items for you to bid on.  PLEASE check out this website and share it with friends this week.  All money raised goes to our PTO budget, which in turn goes to Exploris students and teachers.

The online auction will end during our Exploris Family Day on May 4.

Family Day is this Saturday, May 4, from 12:00-2:00 at Roberts Park! We will wrap up the PTO online auction and celebrate a successful school year! We will have sandwiches and chips for lunch, and plenty of playtime and socializing at beautiful Roberts Park.   

BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS (reusable water bottles always encouraged) and your own camp chairs.

Auction items will be on display! Bring your phone and get ready to enter your final bids!  Auction items will be available for pickup at the conclusion of the event.

3. Exploris Teacher Appreciation Week, May 6-10, 2019img_0539

Brought to you by your PTO!  It’s time to show our Elementary and Middle School Exploris Teachers and Staff how much we appreciate them – it’s Teacher Appreciation Week!  May 6th – 10th, 2019 is the week we are going to let our Exploris Teachers and Staff at both campuses know how grateful we are for all they do.
Please see below for details on events and activities throughout the week, including links where you can donate, volunteer and support our Teacher Appreciation efforts!
 
Monday, May 6
Hands Down You’re The Best
Each teacher and staff member will receive a gifted Hand Lotion, Hand Sanitizer or Hand Soap tagged to remind them they are “Hands Down the Best.”
Tuesday, May 7
Catered Breakfast at each campus, sponsored by the PTO.
Wednesday, May 8
Nacho Average Teacher
Each teacher and staff member will receive a Nacho package – chips & dip, salsa, etc bagged and labeled to let them know they are “Nacho Average Teacher!”
Thursday, May 9
You’re my super hero because…
This is your students opportunity to create and deliver fan mail, thank you notes, tokens of appreciation, mementos…etc to let their teacher and teaching staff know they are appreciated.  We will be sending home “You’re My Super Hero because…” paperwork to help get your fan mail started, but feel free to get creative.  We ask that you also make sure your students remember our support staff as well.

Congratulations to the Exploris 8th Graders! On April 26 they returned from an amazing at week at Outward Bound. We are so proud of them and thankful for the adults that make Exploris experiences like this possible. (📷 by Charlie Willson)
