Pizza Fundraiser, Teacher Appreciation Volunteers Needed

Make sure that you are aware of the upcoming holidays, FLEX and vacation days on our school calendar. Today, Monday, September 26 is a Holiday and there is no school, tomorrow, Tuesday, September 27 is a Flex Day, meaning that students DO NOT report to campus but will have assignments, make sure that you check teacher communications, google classrooms and/or classroom blogs for the day’s assignments. The following week, October 3-7 is Fall Break, there will be no school for the week. There will be NO Monday Minute Newsletter October 3rd, we will resume after break.

We are having our first restaurant fundraiser of the year! And there is a twist to make it as EASY as possible for you, you can pick up your food in carpool!!!!!

Wednesday, September 28 we are partnering with Venture Pizza (yum). They are donating 33% of each sale back to Exploris! You have two options: you can pick it up from carpool- you don’t even need to get out of your car, or directly from the store 2320 Bale St #114, Raleigh, NC 27608

Place your order online (https://venturepizza.com/) or by phone (919-803-3015) by noon on Wednesday to have it ready for carpool.

When you are ordering please state:

(1) That you are “ordering on behalf of the Exploris School” (in the notes if ordering online)

(2) Specify if you are picking from carpool or store front

(3) If carpool: Include your preferred campus (elementary or middle) and student name/grade level.  

Teacher Appreciation Volunteer and Donations Needed!

Last call for jars/ vases for teacher appreciation! Please drop them off at either campus before fall break. Thank you so much! Email PTOpres@exploris.org if you have any questions.

We need help!!! If you are able to help us out with planning Teacher Appreciation Week (May 1-5, 2023), please email PTOpres@exploris.org.

Please visit our Amazon Wishlist to help stock our Exploris Food Pantry. You can order items and have them shipped directly to the school. Any of these items may also be purchased elsewhere and delivered to either campus.
