Hi parents!
I’ll be coordinating parent volunteers this year to help get EVEN MORE people involved in supporting Exploris and provide support for our volunteers.
Check out the opportunities below that are particularly great for parents who cannot be on campus during the week. *Please note, for each of these you will have a list of support volunteers provided to you, along with instructions and/or notes from last year.
1) Room parents
Serve as the liaison between your crew teacher and parents, ensuring teachers’ needs are met and classroom volunteers’ time is used productively.
2) Building and grounds chair
Be the point person between the school and your group of parent volunteers to do fix-it projects, clean, organize, and keep up the ES grounds.
3) Middle school dance chair
Help give our middle school students a memorable dance by coordinating this fun event with your group of helpers.
4) MS Volunteer Assistant
Help the PTO get MS parents involved, particularly for MS events. This would best for a parent with a MS school child.

Imagine a school year with less requests from the PTO asking for volunteers…wonderful, right? Help us achieve this by filling out this quick and easy FORM. This way we can reach out to smaller groups of parents regarding areas they’re interested in, as opposed to addressing the whole school with opportunities that may not pertain to them.
