1. Support Exploris PTO with Amazon Smile!

2. Dine-In Fundraisers:

Our next dine-in PTO Fundraiser is Wednesday, November 7 at Chipotle, 6102 Falls of Neuse Rd! Grab an after-school snack or have an easy dinner any time between 4 and 8 pm, Show this flier on your phone, and Exploris PTO gets 33% of sales back!

We also have a new, ongoing Fundraiser that is super exciting! All Papa Murphy’s Take ‘n’ Bake Pizza locations in Wake County are offering us 25% back on online orders. All you have to do is add the Promo Code “Creative” when checking out at http://order.PapaMurphys.com. There are no specific dates or times – anytime your family has a pizza night, Papa Murphy’s will give back to the PTO! Woo hoo!

Thank you again for everyone who attended our first Dine-In Fundraiser at City Barbeque. Just by eating dinner, we raised an additional $75 for the PTO!

3. Volunteer Needs

Thank you for those who have volunteered to help chair PTO committees this year! We have a couple opportunities in the Spring that need volunteer leads. Please let Allie (allie.lindahl@gmail.com) know if you are interested in helping with Teacher Snack Stash coordination (Sign-up genius and organizing snacks on both campus) or planning the Adult Social.

4. Office Coverage- help needed

We don’t have official hired substitutes when Mary Margaret (middle school) and Carolee (elementary school) need to be out of the office. We would love to have more parents on the list of those who might be able to help cover the front desk. It’s fun! Please email kimberlyannharris@yahoo.com if you are interested.

6. Art by Me

The Exploris PTO is excited to about our Fall Fundraiser that will showcase your child’s art. We are partnering with the company Art by Me to feature the work of Exploris students on a variety of products. These will make great gifts! Screenshot (17) This is a school wide fundraiser for the Exploris PTO including all grades K-8. The products purchased will arrive before Winter Break! The profits will enable the PTO to continue providing all of the great services they offer to our school and teachers.

7. Collecting Food for the Elderly at Glenwood

Exploris is collecting food for the seniors, as they do not get food over Thanksgiving break. The whole school is helping to bring a little joy and food to each of the 318 residents of Glenwood Towers. There is an even greater need now, following last week’s fire that displaced some residents. Please do what you can to help the folks in Glenwood Towers:
