3. Return to In-Person Learning Commitment Form – please fill out!
November 23rd was our most recent checkpoint to make a decision about returning to regular in-person learning at Exploris. With the rising local Covid cases and the upcoming holidays, we have decided to remain in remote learning, and will revisit the metrics at our next checkpoint in December.
One thing we need from families right now to help us with our planning: Please complete this short form about your commitment to staying in a remote learning environment or about your intent to send your student back to school if we are able to reopen for a rotation of students. These numbers are crucial for us to be able to figure out our capacity and potential schedules. All families must complete the form by December 18th.
4. School Pictures are ready!
The Exploris School pictures are ready to view and order!Deadline for ordering is December 13th. Orders placed within the first week will be delivered at least two weeks earlier then orders placed the last week.

To access please enter your email address. No email addresses will be saved beyond use for ordering nor are they sold or given to any third party.

Each child has 2-4 images to chose from. The images can be found on the day that they came to take photos.
Orders should be placed online. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to me by email, text or phone. Sales tax is included in the pricing.
Prints and digital images are available for purchase. A note on digital images. If you chose to purchase more than 1 digital images, there is a sliding scale and you will need to email me to set that up. Digital images are delivered via digital download once the payment has been processed. They will not download to a cell phone.
Orders can be delivered to the school, to be picked up, or you can ship to yourself. Due to Covid, I would suggest the shipping to yourself if possible. If you pay for shipping to have them delivered to you, the order will be delivered by mail.
We will have a make up day on December 2 for those that couldn’t make it or may want a re-take.

Your Exploris PTO has put together a survey to help everyone’s voices be heard. A few minutes of your time can greatly help us prioritize our efforts for the rest of the year and beyond.

6. Yearbook Photos Needed!
This week, the Exploris Yearbook Staff is creating pages with YOUR photos! If you have missed the Food, What’s New, sports, covid, spirit week, pet photos, digital learning, summer or fall photo drops you can always submit those and general photos to this link.
If you missed school portraits this week, please follow these instructions to upload a portrait of your child by Friday, December 18.
We want to include every child in the yearbook this year, as always!
