Teacher Gifts & Card- Deadline Extended!

Exploris PTO coordinates schoolwide teacher gifts in December before the Winter Break, and again in June before the end of school. We encourage all parents to contribute to this gift pool. This collection ensures that all teachers and staff members receive the recognition they deserve!

Note: this donation is fee-free! Your donations will be anonymous or you can leave your name in your note.

We also encourage all families, regardless of whether you chose to contribute financially, to craft a thank you message to include on a digital “KudoBoard”. Add photos, gifs and a message – be sure to include your child’s name in the message.

PTO Executive Board

We appreciate all parents and teachers that have taken the time to attend monthly PTO meetings on Zoom, and to our dedicated board members who have worked behind the scenes during this strange school year. We made it through!

A sincere thank you to Angelean Hendrix for serving as our PTO President, and to Lynne Hildreth for serving as Treasurer. Both Angelean and Lynne have put in so much invaluable work this year and will leaving the board. You will be missed!

On June 3 we held our last meeting for the 2021-22 school year and also elected new officers for 2021-22. The officer team will be meeting this summer to plan for next year. If you filled out our volunteer form we will be getting in touch about the various committee positions that are available. We also plan to restructure and redefine the Executive Board positions a bit. Reach out to Dana at news@explorispto.org if you need to get in touch.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the Elementary campus for our Saturday workday on June 5. We had a great day, and so much was accomplished! Look for a fall workday announcement when it’s time for school to start back.
