3. Building Update and Planning for the Future

Exploris BuildingThe developer has communicated that they are finalizing all financing required for the new building and anticipate closing on all funds needed to begin construction by the end of March.  All other permitting is completed except for the final construction permit which will be issued once the project is fully funded. The groundbreaking will be scheduled after the financing is finalized.  The building construction will take 18 – 24 months once the contractor breaks ground.  I look forward to sharing the news with all of our families as soon as I hear the date.  The architect, interior designer, and furniture vendor continue to meet with the staff building transition team to further discuss interior furniture and fixture needs for our new building.
