The Exploris PTO held Online Silent Auction April 23-May 4.
Thank you to our many sponsors and participants! The auction was a huge success and we raised over $12,000. All proceeds go to benefit students and teachers at the Exploris School.

PTO Silent Auction kick off- April 23 at Lynnwood Brewing
🍻Join us on April 23! We are getting ready for our Silent Auction & Raffle and we are SO excited about some of the great items that have been donated. Join us at Lynnwood Brewing Concern, at 1053 E Whitaker Mill Rd. on April 23 for the big kickoff! Bring your family and friends and have dinner at their new (adjoining) restaurant, Wilson’s Eatery, or just stop after work for a drink in the beer garden! PLUS, $1 from each pint of beer sold goes to Exploris PTO!
The online auction will “go live” at 6pm on April 23, and will end during our Exploris Family Day on May 4.

All funds raised will go to support the Exploris PTO.
We are using Bidr, a unique text-based and mobile event service. We compared several online auction sites being used by other Raleigh schools, and selected Bidr based on their advice and success.
The form below is for collecting donation information for the auction. Please enter your items. Be descriptive and have fun! We are asking for your email address in case we have any questions about the items.
Important Auction Dates:
*Monday, April 8: ALL ITEMS need to be entered into the inventory form. Final day for donations.
*Wednesday, April 10: All physical items need to be turned in (see info on form)
*Tuesday, April 23: Auction Goes LIVE! Help us create a buzz on social media
*April 23-May 4: Auction is live
*May 4: Exploris Family Day: Final bids! Auction ends, items will be available for pickup at the conclusion of Family Day
*May 6-10: Remaining items delivered to winning bidders
