1. WE NEED CREW PARENTS! 
 
Crew parents are still needed for: ADELE, LOREN, MARY, SHANNON, and ADRIAN. 
 
What does a crew parent do?  Serve as a liaison between the PTO and teachers, spoil your teachers with snacks once a trimester and (PTO funded) treats on their birthday, coordinate volunteers as needed for crew-specific activities.

We should be getting orders in this week.  Once we get the orders, it will take a few days to get them all sorted out and handed to the students.  A message will be posted on Facebook so you’ll know when to expect the merchandise.

3. Art By Me fall fundraiser
imagesThe PTO is promoting the ‘Art by Me’ fundraiser again this year. Our wonderful Art teachers, Jamie & Scarlet are helped the students create artwork that can be applied to a large selection of products for family & friends to purchase. This will be in time for the holidays! Ordering is in November and orders arrive beginning of December.

Student artwork was shipped on October 25 and next week the order forms with a scan of the artwork will arrive.  The order forms will go home with students so that Exploris friends and families can order from the many great Art By Me products. 

The money raised will support the PTO who helps to support Exploris and our fantastic teachers and staff.  For more information, contact Kristin Corson at fundraising@explorispto.org, or visit our Art by Me webpage here.

Storybook Musicals: Ira Sleeps Over
Thanks to Exploris Elementary Music Teacher Karen Mollins for teaching the “Storybook Musicals” Exploration class!  Students made their dream bears and have a new friend to take home!
