-Discuss the fall Art By Me fundraiser
and more

3. Annual Fund Update:
Thanksgiving push
We are making a final pre-Thanksgiving push. If everyone donates an average of $250, we can easily reach our goal. (Please donate as much as you can!)
We need 60 more families to donate to reach 60% participation and $60,000. If we do, we will earn a $5000 anonymous donation!
You can send a check in to the school with your child (memo line: Annual Fund) or donate online (and follow our progress)
Questions? Email Kimberly Harris at annualfund@exploris.org.Thank you for helping to support Exploris!

5. Office Coverage Help Needed
Both Michael and Mary Margaret have some personal days planned in the coming weeks, so we office coverage. Currently, the Middle School is covered for December, but there are a few slots needed for the elementary school on December 4 and December 6.  Please use the Sign Up Genius to sign up for any times you are available.  Questions?  Contact Allie at volunteers@explorispto.org

6. Winter Thanks contributions due December 10
41V7ZsFPkFL._SX425_We are so grateful for our teachers and staff and the
great role they play in our children’s lives every day.
This time of year we have an opportunity to show our
appreciation by donating to the Teacher Winter
Thanks. Exploris PTO coordinates this schoolwide
teacher gift campaign in December before the Winter Break, and again in June before the end of school. #nomoremugs

To participate, you can simply send in a check (or cash) to the PTO, or donate by credit card ONLINE.  This will then be divided among the teachers and staff before the winter break.  For more information visit our FAQ page

7. Box Tops for Education Update
Thank you to all that submitted box tops last month! We were able to raise $137.90 through the clipped box tops for the school. Our scanned box tops only totaled $14, so we want to make sure everyone is aware of that opportunity as well. If you see a box top that looks like this:20191028_214053

You will need to scan your receipt through the Box Top App. Directions on how to do this are on the PTO website under Passive Fundraising – Box Tops. You will need to first download the app & then scanning is super easy. The only caveat is that you must scan your receipt within 14 days of purchase. At first I thought this would be a pain but if you get into the habit of scanning right after unloading your groceries, it’s a breeze.

Next submission date deadline is in February.
Keep CLIPPING & SCANNING! Thanks so much for your efforts!
